Learn how to login and use your annual membership admission benefits! Follow the steps below:

Go to raptorcenter.simpletix.com and choose the “Admission to the Raptor Trail” event.

At the next screen, select the big blue “Buy Tickets” button.

At the next screen, click the green “Tickets” button that corresponds to the date and time you wish to visit the Raptor Trail.

At the next screen, in the bottom right corner you will see text that says “Have a SimpleTix account? Login Now.”
Click the “Login Now” text to proceed.

Next, click the “Sign up here” text and complete the requested information using the email address you provided when you signed up for your annual membership.
Remember your login information for future visits to the Raptor Trail! For future visits, you will follow steps 1-4 to log in.

After account setup the membership benefits automatically apply to your transactions in your shopping cart.
Individual Annual Membership = Unlimited admission for one year - 1 adult + 1 guest. Special Event Invitations, 10% discount at gift shop and 2 free admissions to Sylvan Heights Bird Park
Family Annual Membership = Unlimited admission for one year - 6 guests. Special Event Invitations, 10% discount at gift shop and 2 free admissions to Sylvan Heights Bird Park.
Admission tickets can also be purchased onsite the day of your visit. Simply let one of our visitor services associates know that you are a Carolina Raptor Center member!
