Dr. Jeff Thomas Scholarship Campaign
The Dr. Jeff Thomas internship is a learning work-experience position that prioritizes access and opportunities for diverse populations. This is a seasonal, full-time role requiring a minimum commitment of 11 weeks. This campaign funds the stipend and compensation for scholarship winners.
The interns work directly with both the Rehabilitation and Resident Bird Care departments, providing a comprehensive understanding of CRC. The development of a wide skillset is critical for working with wildlife and provides the best foundation for interns who may wish to pursue a career. Interns also develop and complete a project which is presented at the conclusion of their internship.
