We do not offer guided tours.
The Raptor Trail has free parking at the Visitor Center at 6000 Sample Road. Please do not park on the grass or on the side of the road. During Special Events, you can find additional parking in the marked lots within walking distance of the Raptor Center.
We do have limited snacks and drinks available for sale in the Visitor Center. Guests are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottles.
Strollers are allowed on the Raptor Trail, the bigger the wheels the better.
Our birds are ready for their close ups and are accustomed to flash photography.
Service animals are allowed on the Raptor Trail but cannot attend programs where birds will be freely flying. This is to ensure the safety of the animal, the visitors, the birds and the staff. Service animals must be kept on a leash or in direct control of their human at all times. Birds see dogs as predators and can become agitated or frightened by them. Please move on to the next enclosure if you notice this occurring.
Comfort animals are not allowed on the Raptor Trail.
The trail is not ADA accessible.
The Visitor Center does not have wheelchairs available. Electric wheelchairs with small wheels are not recommended on the current Raptor Trail.

Like all medical facilities, our hospital maintains a safe and hygienic space for patients to heal. To ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care, we try to minimize disturbances and cannot allow the general public access to the hospital.
