Join Carolina Raptor Center for an immersive one-and-a-half-day seminar designed for wildlife rehabilitation professionals seeking to enhance their hands-on raptor care and medical skills. Taking place November 14-15, this training combines classroom instruction, laboratory experiences, live demonstrations, and practical skill-building opportunities led by our rehabilitation experts.
Through practical examples and real-world case studies, attendees will gain a stronger understanding of the terminology, procedures, and decision-making skills that support successful patient outcomes. The series follows the rehabilitation process from the initial public interaction and patient admission through diagnostics, treatment planning, and successful renesting efforts when appropriate.
Snacks and lunch will be provided, and participants will have opportunities to network with fellow rehabilitators while gaining real-world skills that support successful rehabilitation outcomes for birds of prey.
