Dive into the nightlife of owls during Owl Prowls at the Carolina Raptor Center!

Perfect for families with children ages 10+ and adults alike, this after-dark adventure lets you experience the Raptor Trail like never before.

The event begins with a program where you can get a closer look at one of our resident owl ambassadors. Then, embark on a guided Owl Prowl around the trail, complete with evening-specific activities. Cap off the night with a tasty s’mores as you depart!

This winter’s Owl Prowl dates are December 4th and 18th, 2025, and January 8th, 2026 with rain dates available. We are also offering an exclusive Owl Prowl on January 29th for our members.

Tickets are $30 per person or $25 per person for members. Must be at least 10 years old to attend.
