NoDa Brewing Company’s Poured with Purpose program features Carolina Raptor Center every Tuesday through April

Carolina Raptor Center was selected as one of four non-profits featured with NoDa Brewing Company’s Poured with Purpose program at the start of 2025.  

The four charities featured at the start of 2025 represent the four pillars of NoDa Brewing Company’s philanthropic focus: Carolina Rain (health), International House (inclusivity), Carolina Raptor Center (environment), and The Bulb (community). 

NoDa Brewing Company has a history of community impact, as they were recognized by the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Charlotte Chapter as 2018’s Outstanding Philanthropic Small Business Award on National Philanthropy Day. NoDa Brewing was one of fourteen local partners who donated beverages for Carolina Raptor Center’s event Birds & Brews: Fall for Raptors on November 2, 2024. 

Poured with Purpose is built around visitors to NoDa Brewing Company’s taproom – for every pint ordered on Tuesdays customers receive a $1 token to use at their Impact Wall, supporting one of the four charities. The charity with the most tokens at the end of April will receive a matching donation of $500! 

How can you participate? Simply drop your token into Carolina Raptor Center’s container, and at the end of April, the total donations will be made as a corporate gift to support the birds and people at the Carolina Raptor Center in Huntersville. Any day of the week, you can purchase additional tokens to support us even more. 

Carolina Raptor Center will host a special event on the evening of Tuesday, February 11 to highlight this partnership with members, volunteers, staff, and friends. An avian ambassador will be on-site to help share Carolina Raptor Center’s mission and the important work that happens at the Raptor Hospital and on the zoological Raptor Trail. 

Talon-tine cards, a yearly promotion with Valentine’s Day, will be available for event attendees to purchase on-site and send to loved ones. 

NoDa Brewing Company’s taproom offers dozens of beverages including lagers, IPAs, stouts, cider, Brizio hard seltzers, and their non-alcoholic Hop₂O sparkling water. Food trucks are regularly on-site each weekend and outside food is permitted on the property, as are children and dogs.
