Closed: Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day Guests are not required to arrive immediately at the start of their ticketing session. From 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM ticketing, the gift shop, and restrooms are closed. Guests who are admitted prior to 12:30 PM are welcome to continue to explore the Raptor Trail between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM. The Raptor Trail closes at 4:00 PM and guests are encouraged to arrive by 3:00 PM to ensure time to explore. Tickets are non-refundable but may be rescheduled. Tickets must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance or are forfieted.
