The Raptor Ride

The Raptor Ride starts and finishing at Brandon Hills Vineyard in Yadkinville, NC on Saturday July 10th 2010. Choose from twenty, forty or sixty mile routes through the moderately hilly wine country of the Yadkin Valley. Entry fee is $25 before July 1st. Late registration of $30 will be taken until the start or the ride. The ride begins with a release of a rehabilitated bird of prey from Carolina Raptor Center. All the proceeds of the ride will benefit Carolina Raptor Center.

All riders that pre-register will receive an event t-shirt. Stocked rest stops will be at intervals along the routes as well as SAG support vehicles to help any rider having difficulty completing the ride. When finished, riders 21 and older with proof of age may enjoy a complementary wine tasting at Brandon Hills Vineyard.
